Terence has been in the insurance business for over twenty years. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management and is a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. After fifteen years as a retail broker in the UK and Jamaica, nine of which were with Aon group companies he joined Johnson & Higgins in Bermuda where he managed captives for a number of "blue chip" companies from the US, Switzerland, Japan, Latin America and the UK. After  completing his MBA, Terence moved to the British Virgin Islands in 1999 where he has developed and managed a portfolio of "middle market" North American business, a sector that has become synonymous with the BVI jurisdiction.
