parent Bank, Verwaltungs-und Privat
Bank AG was established in 1956 and is one of the three largest banks in Liechtenstein with client assets
as of CHF 25 billion and is a listed bank on the Zurich Stock Exchange with a capital funds of CHF 1,000
million and no external debt. The Bank has about 700 employees and four operating branches in Luxembourg,
the BVI, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland,
with representative offices Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai
and Moscow.. Our parent Trust Company, Allgemeines
Treuunternehmen ("ATU") was established in 1929. ATU is one of the largest trust companies
presently operating in Liechtenstein. ATU has about 120 employees and three branches in Montevideo,
Road Town BVI and Vaduz Liechtenstein. The Founder of ATU established VP Bank in 1956.
